Short Master course in Marketing & Communication for Noprofit Organizations

The Short Master Course taught entirely in English, is designed to be practical and interactive and to give students the opportunity to immediately enter the job market.

The curriculum provides students with the right tools to develop the skills they need to manage the most up-to-date marketing and communication strategies for nonprofit organizations. The teaching methodology includes case studies and a personal project.

At the end of the Short Master, successful participants can apply to participate to an internship program in some of the most important Italian nonprofit organizations or associations. It is a unique chance to enrich the Curriculum Vitae and furthermore, to develop personal and professional connections and knowledge of the nonprofit sector. 

Fratellanza Militare di Firenze is an important partner for the course, one of the most well-known associations in the Tuscan territory, with over twelve thousand associates, and more than eight hundred volunteers, all making a strong social impact on the community of Florence. Participants will benefit from interactive classes given by the President of the Association and the professionals involved in the marketing and communication processes of the Association. Moreover, through this important experience participants will broaden their possibility to connect with national and international nonprofit organizations and associations affiliated with Fratellanza Militare. Students, tutored by top-level professional of the sector, will also have the opportunity to work on a personal project specifically structured based on the real needs of this interesting sector, the project will be fully developed by students and really utilize by Fratellanza Militare di Firenze.

  • LOCATION, DURATION & SCHEDULE

    Duration:

    • May 29th - July 31st, 2021 1
    • 100 contact hours of virtual classes, special lectures, webinars and project work

    Attendance:

    • Every Saturday from 9:30am to 6:00pm (10 lessons in total)
    • 2 evening appointments from 7:00pm to 9:00 pm : webinars or lecutures of leaders of the noprofit sector
  • LANGUAGE

    The course is entirely taught in English. To be admitted to the course is required a B2 level of English Language. Language proficiency will be evaluated through an oral test and a personal Skype interview. 

  • WHO CAN APPLY TO THE COURSE?

    Undergraduate or graduate students and young professionals willing to work in the nonprofit sector. A minimum of B2 level of English language is required to attend the course.

  • ATTENDANCE & CERTIFICATION

    Attendance is mandatory. At the end of the course, participants who have attended at least 80% of the classes, will receive the Master Certificate in Marketing & Communication for Nonprofit Organizations.

  • ADMISSION AND ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE

    The course is limited to 20 participants | Application deadline for the online edition of May 2021 is April 19th, 2021

    3 days after the interview, you will receive a formal communication via email from the school, to inform you if you have been admitted to the course.

    Course fee:

    Euro 3500,00 + Current Italian VAT (22%)

    Early booking by April 19th 2019 will benefit of a 300 euro scholarship , the fees will be in this case € 3.200 + Current Italian VAT (22%) .

    Payment:

    - Euro 500,00 + VAT upon enrollment

    - The rest of the tuition fees due (early booking / normal enrollments) to be paid via wire by May 25th 2021.

  • FACULTY & COURSE PROGRAMME

    Professors are professionals and communication and marketing experts in the non-profit sector. A professional leader of the nonprofit environment will give special lectures to provide participants with the most up-to-date topics and will also work closely with participants to offer their tutoring for the creation of a winning CV and the development of a focused personal project.

    The course also includes an English language class specifically designed for Marketing & Communication for Nonprofit Organizations, given by professional interpreters, translators and linguistic mediators.
